Exhibitors will continue using the legacy platform through the conclusion of their event. There will be no changes to their experience.

Now Through December 2024

Milestone 1

Exhibitors will automatically be redirected to the new platform without any interruption to their exhibiting experience. All existing orders will transfer over automatically.

Events Between January and March 10, 2025

Milestone 2

Exhibitors will begin their journey directly in ExhibitorPro from day one. The transition will be seamless for these events.

Events After March 10, 2025

Milestone 3

Disclaimer: Your exhibitor impact is contingent on the Exhibitor Manual being finalized and going live within 100 days of your event. If any changes to your exhibitor impact occur, you will be notified. Otherwise, please assume that this will be the experience for your exhibitors.
