Is there an exhibitor help desk or support contact during the event?

On-site help is available! Look for directional signage to the Shepard Exhibitor Services Center or approach any representative in Shepard attire or with a Shepard badge for assistance. You can also contact us at 866-366-7428 during business hours or via email at [email protected]. Our regular business hours are Monday – Friday, 8 AM to 8 PM Eastern Standard Time.
