What began in 2013 as a partnership between Parker Seminars and Shepard’s Event Services (ES) team has evolved into something far more comprehensive. In 2024, Shepard’s Audio-Visual (AV) team joined forces to handle keynote production, transforming the relationship into a true full-service collaboration.

This natural progression has deepened the partnership, with both teams now working under multi-year contracts to support Parker Seminars’ continued growth and success.

The 2025 event in Las Vegas showcased the power of Shepard’s full-service approach. One unified concept design team worked across both ES and AV elements, creating a cohesive visual identity that flowed seamlessly from the exhibit hall to the keynote stage.

This integration extended beyond aesthetics. The operational teams worked as a single unit, coordinating everything from dock scheduling to equipment deployment with remarkable efficiency. The result? A streamlined production process that allowed the Parker team to focus on their content and attendees rather than vendor management.
