This year’s flagship annual convention marked their largest gathering to date, welcoming 40,000+ of the brightest minds in renewable energy to the expansive Anaheim Convention Center in Southern California.

The event’s scope went beyond the Anaheim Convention Center to encompass a campus-wide experience, incorporating the nearby Marriott, Hilton, and Sheraton hotels. Our team ensured seamless AV integration across all venues, maintaining consistent quality and reliability throughout the expanded footprint.
Sustainability in action
Matching RE+’s commitment to clean energy, we collaborated with the venue, vendors, and event organizers to implement sustainable practices, including strategic waste management and recycling protocols, reuse of scenic elements for future events, and on-site storage to help reduce transportation-related impact. Additionally, we began the transition to LED signage from more traditional foamcore.
The LEED-Gold-certified Anaheim Convention Center further reduced the environmental impact of the event. To conserve energy, the Exhibit Hall HVAC was operational only from one hour before the event to its completion, and not used while the roll-up doors were open. Meanwhile, a 300,000 square-foot solar array spanning Halls A, B, and C, generated renewable electricity to help power the event.
Looking ahead to 2025, we’re exploring additional sustainability initiatives, including the transition to LED signage, as we continue to align our production practices with RE+’s clean energy mission.
