When you work with Shepard in Atlanta, you're partnering with a team with deep roots across the city's major event venues. We produced the first event at the Georgia World Congress Center in 1976 and have maintained a continuous working relationship there for 50 years. We also work regularly with the Hyatt Regency, the Marriott Marquis, Cobb Convention Center, and other properties throughout the market.
Georgia World Congress Center
With around 1.5 million sq ft of meeting rooms and exhibit spaces, the GWCC is the 4th largest events venue in the U.S. We understand the labor requirements, logistics, sustainability programs (GWCC is LEED Gold certified), and sponsorship opportunities at this facility, and can help you unlock opportunities and efficiencies to maximize your ROI.
Hyatt Regency
With 180,000 sq ft of meeting and event space including a 30,000 sq ft ballroom (Georgia's largest hotel ballroom), the Hyatt Regency serves conferences and mid-sized events in downtown Atlanta. We know this property well, from AV capabilities to catering to load-in logistics and room block negotiations. Within walking distance of the GWCC.
Marriott Marquis Atlanta
With over 160,000 sq ft of meeting space including its iconic 26,00 sq ft Atrium Ballroom, the Marriott Marquis Atlanta offers flexible event facilities in downtown Atlanta. We know the Marriott Marquis inside and out and can help exhibitors and planners navigate the space efficiently. Also within walking distance of the GWCC in the Peachtree District.
Cobb Convention Center
Located in the Cumberland/Galleria district of northwest Atlanta, 20 minutes from Hartsfield-Jackson airport, Cobb Convention Center-Atlanta (formerly Cobb Galleria Centre) is Georgia's premier mid-size convention venue with roughly 320,000 sq ft of event space across four exhibition halls, meeting rooms, and a grand ballroom. The property was fully renovated in January 2026.
